Job Summary
Sell Metlok Lifetime Roofing’s proprietary, premium roofing system by conducting in-home consultations and roof evaluations, educating homeowners on long-term value and design advantages, and building a robust sales pipeline from company leads and personal referrals. Deliver a high-end customer experience, prepare contracts with accurate documentation, and leverage a structured onboarding/training program to drive high earnings through uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience
- in-home sales experience preferred
- roofting experience a plus
- competitive, goal-driven mindset
- strong communication and presentation skills

- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
