Job Summary
Sell a proprietary, premium roofing system and drive in-home consultations from homeowners. Conduct roof evaluations, present and sell the Metlok system with confidence, educate customers on long-term value and design advantages, build and maintain a sales pipeline through company leads and referrals, prepare contracts, and deliver a high-end customer experience for a W-2 outside sales role with full benefits. Includes pre-set homeowner appointments, paid training, uncapped commissions, weekly pay, and growth opportunities in a growing brand.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (in-home sales preferred; roofing experience a plus)
- Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a desire to earn at a high level
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to generate self-sourced opportunities in addition to company leads
- Comfortable working at heights and completing roof assessments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to undergo a background check upon hire
