Job Summary
Inspect roofing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions for commercial and residential systems. Perform repairs and maintenance on roofs while operating and maintaining a company service truck. Lead and work alongside an assistant technician on service calls, keeping tools, materials, and vehicle inventory organized. Complete service notes, job documentation, and administrative updates accurately following company safety procedures. Provide professional customer service during service visits. This field-based role requires regular lifting, climbing, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of roofing experience in commercial roofing, residential roofing, or both
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems in the field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively
- Regular lifting, climbing, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading or training a helper or junior technician
