Job Summary
Lead roofing production teams to plan and execute slate/tile roofing projects with a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating with field crews, scheduling work, maintaining equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and communicating effectively with customers and staff. Requires experience in slate/tile roofing (shingle acceptable), Microsoft Office proficiency, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a valid drivers license; ability to work at heights and pass background checks. Required Qualifications
- Has experience in slate and tile roofing (preferred); shingle experience acceptable
- Demonstrates team-oriented leadership skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with planning and scheduling roofing projects
- Is able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintains a valid driver’s license with no more than 4 points
- ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Is comfortable working at heights using ladders, lifts, scaffolding, and related equipment
- Possesses strong communication skills, with experience working with both customers and staff
- Takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship
