Job Summary
Lead production of foam and coating roof installations, ensure on-time delivery, adhere to budget, and maintain high quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, ordering materials, managing field crews, conducting job walkthroughs, and upholding strict quality and safety protocols. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and experienced with ServiceTitan CRM; familiar with Arizona building codes and regulations. Strong emphasis on process improvement and best-in-class technology resources for a growing roofing company.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years roofing experience and 3 years managing foam roofing installations
- Experience with ServiceTitan CRM is a huge plus
- Proven safety record and knowledge of OSHA standards
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
