Job Summary
Supervise and train a crew of five to six people on field applications while ensuring safety, service, and quality measures are optimized. Lead the team in installing quality CentiMark roofs, manage paperwork and timesheets, and communicate with customers and management. Work with the field supervisor to maintain a safe and orderly environment. Requires two years of general roofing experience, working knowledge of commercial/industrial procedures, and ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders to 25 feet. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) or more years' experience in general roofing
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- A valid state driver's license (in good standing) and reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
- Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with: Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
