Job Summary
Roofing Production Foreman leads and trains a crew of 6 to 12 in the installation of commercial/industrial roof systems, supervising to optimize safety, service, and quality. The role includes field application guidance, coordinating with field supervisors and customers, managing paperwork and a mobile time app, and ensuring safe, orderly roof work with hours provided. Onsite safety training is provided, and the role requires ability to travel (up to 50%), weekend/holiday work as needed, and lifting up to 50 lbs. The position emphasizes hands-on supervision, safety adherence, and delivering quality CentiMark roofs in a team setting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 or more years’ experience in general roofing
- Valid and current Driver's License
- Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC and BUR systems
- Experience with Leak Investigations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Ability to learn and follow ministry and company safety policies
- Ability to work on weekends and/or Holidays as needed
- Able to travel out of town (50%)
- Onsite supervision and training of crew of 6 to 12
