Roofing Marketing Coordinator

Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports commercial lead generation, marketing campaigns, sales operations, and networking efforts for Florida Quality Roofing's commercial division. You’ll build and maintain a database of property managers and association boards, conduct outreach via phone, email, and digital channels to set qualified appointments for the sales team, maintain CRM records, help prepare proposals and estimates, assist with aerial measurement tools, coordinate sales calendars, manage marketing assets, and participate in networking events (e.g., BNI). This role collaborates with the sales, operations, and production teams to drive growth, strengthen the brand, and deliver a seamless experience for commercial clients.
