Job Summary
Observe construction activities and verify compliance with contract documents, plans, and specifications. Identify installation defects and produce daily reports and records of construction activities. Work with clients and contractors to manage construction project schedules while traveling to sites. Contribute to project success through team collaboration and input. Requires 5+ years of inspection and construction monitoring experience, a 2 to 4-year college degree, and familiarity with multi-family, institutional, and commercial roofing projects.
