Roofing Laborer

Job Summary
Assist roofers and foremen with preparing job sites and covering roofs with materials including metal, shingles, single-ply systems, slate, asphalt, and wood. Operate hand and power tools to clean debris, install vapor barriers and insulation, cover exposed nail heads, and repair cracks or defects. Apply adhesives, caulking, and sealants while using brushes, knives, punches, and hammers to cover exterior walls. Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner according to instructions. This role supports commercial roofing, residential construction, metal fabrication, and restoration across Baker Roofing's 20+ Southeast locations.

Desired Qualifications
- High School/G.E.D preferred but not required
- General construction experience preferred
- Driver License
