Job Summary
Install roof waterproofing and coating installations by preparing and cleaning surfaces, then applying products under supervisor direction. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment while maintaining a clean and organized job site. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements, including working at heights and lifting 50+ lbs. Perform other labor duties as assigned. Full-time, year-round work with opportunities for advancement and on-the-job training. Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather
- Able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
- Comfortable working at heights
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Desired Qualifications
- Roofing or construction experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Valid driver's license is a plus
