Job Summary
Supervise and train a crew of six to eight people while ensuring operations meet safety, service, and quality standards. Execute commercial and industrial roofing procedures using Single Ply, EPDM, PVC, and TPO materials while maintaining a valid state driver's license and ability to climb ladders to 25 feet. Lift 50 lbs. and lead a team in the Nashville TN area with two years of general roofing experience. This role offers a no-cost Core Plan health insurance, company vehicle, and ESOP within America's largest roofing contractor.
Required Qualifications
- Supervising and training a crew of 6 to 8 people
- Ensure that the crew is operating to optimize safety, service & quality measures
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills
- Two (2) or more years' experience in general roofing
- A valid state driver's license (in good standing
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with: Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus
- Bilingual also a plus
