Job Summary
Roofing Foreman leads and trains a crew of 5-8 in commercial roofing, collaborates with Field Supervisor to communicate with customers and management, and handles paperwork, time sheets, and adherence to CentiMark Safety Policies. Role offers year-round work, with potential for overtime and out-of-town travel. Requires experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and Metal Roof Repairs; valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 25 feet; and willingness to work weekends/holidays. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
- A valid state driver’s license (in good standing)
- Have reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
