Job Summary
Roofing Field Supervisor manages and coordinates 2–6-man crews on commercial roofing projects in the Reynoldsburg, OH area. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing information about products and services, troubleshooting and resolving product issues, inspecting service jobs for safety and workmanship, documenting and updating customer records, developing a knowledge base of products/services, and ensuring crews operate to optimize safety, service, and quality. Requires 5 years of commercial roofing experience, familiarity with materials such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified Bitumen, and metal roof repairs, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to read blueprints is a plus, and eligibility to work within 1 hour of the branch. Compensation is $30-$35 per hour with premier benefits, and weekly pay.
