Roofing Field Supervisor

The Roofing Field Supervisor will ensure necessary repairs for homeowners are completed as described in the scope of work and supervise projects involving subcontractors. Responsibilities include being the main point of contact for customers, communicating with homeowners throughout the project, being on call for after-hours emergency calls, preparing and collecting invoices post-job completion, identifying additional necessary repairs, and adhering to safety procedures. Requires a valid driver's license and the ability to safely climb ladders. The role offers an initial base compensation followed by a commission structure with substantial annual earnings potential.
