Job Summary
Assist with installing and repairing residential roofing systems while carrying and organizing materials and tools on the job site. Follow instructions from team leaders and foremen, adhere to safety protocols, and maintain a clean worksite. Perform physical tasks such as lifting materials and climbing ladders, requiring the ability to work at heights and lift at least 50 pounds at a time. Wearing appropriate PPE is mandatory. Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work at great heights
- Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending, crouching, and climbing ladders

- 1-2 Years in roofing or other related fields preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand tools (preferred but not required)
- Strong work ethic and commitment to quality
