Job Summary
Provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems for design and oversight of technical work. Manage repair and reconstruction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial and government buildings. Work with clients and contractors through managing construction project and schedules. Perform construction administration. Bachelor’s or higher in engineering, architecture, construction management or related discipline; preference for RRO/RRC/PE/RA licensing. Position located at the Dallas, TX office with full-time responsibilities including client and contractor coordination, design oversight, and project management for diverse building types.
Required Qualifications
- Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or closely related discipline
- Experience in repair and re-construction, design and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings
- Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems, with a license (RRO, RRC, PE or RA) preferred
