Job Summary
Provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems for design and oversight of technical work. Manage repair and re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial, and government buildings. Work with clients and contractors to manage construction projects and schedules while performing construction administration. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management, with preferred RRO, RRC, PE, or RA licensure. Required Qualifications
- Technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management or a closely related discipline
- Expertise in roofing, waterproofing and building envelope systems

Desired Qualifications
- RRO, RRC, PE or RA license
