Job Summary
Oversee field staff operations, safety, quality, and job production by scheduling employees and subcontractors, coordinating material delivery, and monitoring labor hours. Perform daily site inspections to ensure OSHA compliance, conduct safety trainings, and proactively order materials to prevent shortages. Maintain meticulous records of schedules, paperwork, and reports while managing administrative tasks and client communications. Handle interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff, resolve customer concerns, and maintain vendor relationships. Work full-time hours between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm in Englewood, FL. Join a 140-year-old local contractor specializing in residential repairs, reroofs, and new construction installations.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of roofing construction experience
- Basic computer skills
- Reading and writing skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Leadership ability
