Job Summary
The Commercial Roofing Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business through various means, conducting roof inspections, and delivering proposals to commercial clients across Central Texas. This role requires strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of roofing systems.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial roofing sales or relevant construction sales
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads and projects
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile devices and CRM platforms
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physically able to carry ladders, access roofs, and walk job sites safely
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial roofing sales experience
- Knowledge of roofing systems including TPO, metal, mod-bit, coatings, etc.
- Existing network in property management or commercial construction
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- OSHA 10 or 30 Certification
- Experience with CRM platforms (DataForma preferred)
