Job Summary
The Commercial Roofing Advisor is responsible for supporting the Sales Representative within their area by preparing and distributing marketing materials, inspecting and evaluating properties, creating roof drawings and sketches, drafting scope of work documents, preparing proposals, and attending sales calls. The role also involves pricing patch and repair jobs, providing technical expertise, attending meetings with architects, contractors, and owners, conducting inspections, monitoring installations, troubleshooting installation issues, and performing diagnostic infrared scans of roofs. This position requires three to five years of hands-on experience and prior customer-related experience in the roofing industry.
