Job Summary
Complete roofing repairs and maintenance packages for SNG homes, managing pitched roofing systems, lead valleys, flashings, box gutters, and full roof covering renewals. Install and replace guttering while working in occupied premises with a strong health and safety mindset. Use mobile technology such as an iPad or PDA to track work and maintain customer service standards. This full-time role involves 40 hours per week, with opportunities for call-out and overtime. You will receive a business use van and fuel card, plus a tool allowance and uniform. A minimum of NVQ level 2 in Roofing or five years trade experience is required, along with a full driving licence.
Required Qualifications
- NVQ level 2 in Roofing or equivalent
- 5 years trade experience
- experience of working in occupied premises
- demonstrate good customer service skills

- knowledge of health & safety best practices
- full and current driving licence
- minimum of 1 years driving experience
