Job Summary
Remove and reinstall slate tiles while installing solar mounting brackets and flashing to ensure roof integrity and weatherproofing. Coordinate work with electrical teams to adhere to the programme. Own all tools and PPE throughout the 4-week duration. This multi-site opportunity in Hampshire supports solar PV installations across slate roofs with standard pitches. Teams must be physically fit, competent working at height, and hold a CSCS card.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working on slate roofs
- Experience preparing and reinstating roofs for solar installations
- CSCS Card
- Confident working at height
- Physically fit and competent working at height
- Own tools and PPE
- Reliable and able to commit to full 4-week duration
