Roofer

Roofer responsible for carrying out a wide range of roofing repairs and maintenance across properties, including pitched and flat roofs, tiling and guttering; damp and mould treatment, void clearance and flood repairs; diagnose issues, provide accurate estimates, and manage workloads with schedules of rates. Work at height safely, adhere to health and safety regulations, escalate safeguarding or emergencies, maintain a tidy worksite, and use digital tools. Requires excellent customer service and communication, basic IT skills (Outlook/Teams), and a full UK driving licence. Willingness to participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota. Desirable certifications include PASMA, IPAF, TETRA or EASI Deck and CSCS or other site safety qualification.
