Job Summary
Install, repair, and maintain commercial low-slope and industrial roofing systems using professional tools and equipment. Handle materials, set up fall protection, and complete jobs safely and efficiently while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Lift and move 50–100 lbs, climb ladders up to 40 feet, and work at heights. Travel and stay out of town for 3–4 weeks at a time, with availability for overtime. Earn $20–$32/hour based on experience with consistent year-round work and paid travel time.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial roofing or related construction experience
- Willing to work overtime when needed
- Able to travel and stay out of town for 3–4 weeks at a time
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and installation practices
- Valid driver's license for company-driving positions
- Able to pass required background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Regularly lift and move 50–100 lbs
- Climb ladders up to 40 feet
- Bend, kneel, stand, and work for extended periods
- Work outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather conditions
