Job Summary
Conduct roof repair and maintenance services for residential tile, shingle, and flat roofs by locating leaks, replacing rotting wood, and installing underlayment to prevent water intrusion, mold, and insect damage. Collaborate with the team to keep job sites clean and hazard-free while working on a schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks in various weather conditions. Maintain a good driving record and hold a valid driver's license. Provide exceptional repair services directly to customers to ensure peace of mind and protect homes from natural enemies.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the trade
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical roofing and construction tasks outside in a variety of weather conditions
- Driver's license
- Good driving record
