Assess and identify roof damage, remove and replace damaged materials, and seal and waterproof repaired areas. Inspect and test for proper integrity, then handle jobsite clean-up while emphasizing customer satisfaction. Maintain jurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License, General Liability Insurance, Worker's Comp Insurance, and a valid FEIN.
