Job Summary
Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of preparing and finalizing Remote Online Notary (RON) transactions. Communicate with clients, signers, internal staff, and vendors via phone, email, and audio/video to ensure timely closings, maintaining professional conduct for recorded sessions. Act as first-line technical support by assisting signers with platform navigation, pre-checks, and the signing process itself. Maintain client relationships while addressing platform queries and eClosing needs. Requires current Remote Online Notary commission and 1-5 years of real estate or mortgage experience. Competitive hourly pay of $25-$26 for California, Colorado, and New York applicants.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-5 years of experience within real estate or mortgage industry
- One year of RON / eClosing experience
- current Remote Online Notary commission
- Strong attention to detail
- customer service skills
- verbal/written communications skills
- Proficiency with computers
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Google applications proficiency (Chrome, Sheets)
- ability to complete a pre-employment background check
- ability to pass a drug screening
