Job Summary
Sales Associates greet and assist guests, provide product knowledge, merchandise displays to spark guest interest, upsell additional merchandise, maintain store appearance, and participate in safety, inventory, and operational tasks. The role requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, days, evenings, and holidays; lifting and standing for extended periods; and adherence to company policies. The position reports to Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager and offers compensation around $12.50/hour with bonus/incentives, on-demand pay, and part-time hours up to 29 per week. It is an entry-level role with no formal minimum qualifications beyond meeting applicable employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- Entry level position
- Meets all required applicable laws regarding terms of employment
- Prefer 2 years retail customer service experience
- Computer Literacy (Operating in a PC environment)
