Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in the day-to-day retail operations, provide leadership and support for sales staff, and promote a culture of pride of ownership. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, merchandising displays, maintaining property appearance, seeking opportunities to upsell, conducting inventories, coordinating with the Store Manager on payroll and scheduling, and participating in hiring and training of staff. Requires 3 years of retail customer service, PC literacy, bonding capability, reliable transportation, and applicable licensing; expected to contribute to achieving payroll efficiency, sales performance, and loss prevention while delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years retail customer service experience
- Computer Literacy (Operating in a PC environment)
- Able to be bonded and maintain coverage by Company’s Insurance provider
- Maintain access to reliable & secure transportation
- Must meet licensing requirements where applicable
