Job Summary
Provide high-level customer service to casino patrons and be a key contact for the Romanian-speaking community, delivering engaging, professional service while communicating effectively in Romanian. Represent the brand, contribute to a positive dining/entertainment experience, and be part of a team focused on growth. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends/bank holidays, and be willing to undergo a DBS background check; over 18. Basic presentation and a proactive, customer-focused attitude are required.
