Provide assistance and information to Ford customers across five markets (Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Poland, and Romania) by addressing and resolving aftersales-related inquiries. Analyze the context of each situation to satisfy customers promptly while adhering to Ford processes. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) when necessary and continuously improve quality standards to achieve expected outcomes and customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary contact point for the Budapest XIII. Váci Greens office team.
