Review and moderate user-generated content including videos, posts, and ads while ensuring compliance with platform policies. Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content to maintain quality and accuracy standards. This role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content, requiring emotional resilience and the ability to work in a structured environment. Candidates must demonstrate Romanian language proficiency at C1/C2 level and English at B2 or higher. The position offers a gross salary of €1000 per month for 14 months, plus a meal allowance, welcome bonus, and health insurance. Relocation support is included, providing shared accommodation for up to 12 months and assistance with local documentation. Rotational shifts run Monday to Sunday with two days off per week.
