Identify and flag policy violations accurately, enforce platform rules, and handle user appeals with clear explanations. Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent moderation processes, monitor trends and user behavior to detect risks, and provide feedback to improve tools and strategies. This onsite role in Porto offers a 40-hour week with rotational days off and includes accommodation support.
