Review videos, audio, comments, links, images, titles, and other user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines. Identify and flag policy violations accurately and efficiently, enforce platform rules, and handle user appeals with clear explanations. Collaborate with your team to maintain consistent moderation processes while monitoring trends and user behavior to proactively detect risks. Provide feedback to improve moderation tools, workflows, and strategies. Work onsite in Porto on a full-time 40-hour schedule, with rotations including current 09:00–18:00 shifts and planned evening and 24/7 options.
