Job Summary
Oversee all rail systems, rail infrastructure, and rolling stock testing and commissioning activities while monitoring subcontractors' handover work. Review and comment on testing programs, procedures, and reports to ensure alignment with operation and maintenance requirements. Monitor Type, Performance, Routine, Dynamic, and Final testing activities to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. Ensure accuracy of work produced by designers and contractors regarding system integration and commissioning. Coordinate rolling stock interfaces with disciplines including Platform Screen Doors, Signaling, SCADA, and Power Supply. Liaise with contractors to plan integration tests, schedule documentation, and submit result reports. Implement preventive and corrective maintenance processes and initiate process improvement methodologies for cost reduction.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Bachelor of Sciences minimum)
- Business engineering (Bachelor of Sciences or equivalent minimum)
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in metro system testing and commissioning
- solid understanding of Systems Engineering Life Cycle
- Knowledge of fundamental of rail engineering disciplines and systems

- Ability to deploy available processes, tools and time management methodologies that increase efficiency and productivity to fulfil objectives

Desired Qualifications
