Roller / Packer- 3rd Shift Manufacturing

Operate rolling tables and pack finished materials at Paceline, following daily production travelers to load greige goods, perform visual inspections, and roll items to specified lengths. Track completed rolls on daily production trackers and record work totals in JobBoss and the ERP system. Maintain operational averages for various material sizes, blow off tables, sweep the floor, and organize extra material to maximize space. Inspect products for quality and damage before packing, select appropriate materials, label and seal packages, and collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to meet order fulfillment goals. Execute shift transitions and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
