Job Summary
Experienced roller operator needed to operate a self-propelled roller to compact earth fills, subgrade, and base materials on earthwork projects. Perform daily equipment inspections, operate the machine safely, and grade to elevations and tolerances. Maintain proficiency before advancing to another machine, follow all safety policies, and adapt to days, nights, and weekends with varying weather. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Must have a strong commitment to jobsite safety
- Diligent in demonstrating safe work practices
