Roller Head Technician

Job Summary
Roller Head Technician responsible for inspecting and rebuilding roller head assemblies, installing bearings, performing grease purging, and executing preventative/predictive maintenance to improve reliability. Requires reading technical diagrams, adhering to safety guidelines (OSHA Enviva standards), and providing troubleshooting support to maximize plant efficiency. Must be able to work in outdoor industrial environments, handle 12-hour shifts including nights and weekends, and complete training as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with computerized maintenance management or manual systems
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with vibration analysis and precision alignment
- Experience with repairing/troubleshooting gearboxes or mechanical drive systems
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Experience with computerized maintenance management or manual systems
