Roller Crew

Gather technical information to perform roller changes on the conveyor system, inspect and adjust equipment while properly disposing of waste, and safely isolate machinery for repairs including work at heights and in adverse weather. Coordinate downtime to maximize production uptime, perform work order repairs as directed by the Conveyor Supervisor, and learn procedures for using the provided roller changing tool to make quick responsive repairs without guidance. Maintain relationships with conveyor mechanics and site supervisors to ensure efficient part pickup and workflow. Requires a valid state driver's license with no active violations and basic iPad skills.
