Job Summary
Roller Crew responsible for changing rollers on the conveyor system in a timely and efficient manner. Gathers technical information, performs equipment inspections, follows MSHA and OSHA standards, safely isolates equipment, and works at heights and in adverse weather. Coordinates downtime with site supervisors, retrieves parts from the warehouse, learns roller-changing procedures with provided tools, and completes work orders for repairs under the Conveyor Supervisor. Collaborates with conveyor mechanics and other site staff to maximize uptime and ensure safe, compliant operations. Requires High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- A valid state driver''s license with no active violations within the previous year
- Basic computer skills (use of an I-pad)
