Required Qualifications
- Previous experience operating or setting up industrial machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
- Familiarity with reading mechanical blueprints or fastener specifications
- Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced setting
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with thread profiles and thread rolling principles
- Experience with documenting production and QC data
