Job Summary
Diagnose and repair complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues on production equipment to minimize downtime. Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and ladder logic to isolate faults. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance using a full range of hand/power tools and test equipment. Collaborate with production to prioritize work orders, support changeovers, and reduce repeat failures. Document maintenance activities and recommend reliability improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have some printing experience
- The ability to work 10-to-12-hour shifts
- Ability to interpret and utilize various units of measure and their conversions
- Must be dependable, reliable and responsible in fulfilling obligations
- Must work well with others
- Must be flexible and open to change when needed
- Able to follow instructions and make decisions
- Must be proven self-starter to complete projects/work orders
