Job Summary
Roll-off Driver role in the greater Newark/Lancaster area focusing on safe, courteous operation of roll-off trucks, pre-trip/post-trip inspections, accurate delivery/mileage/fuel records, and maintaining compliance with safety protocols. Requires Class A or B CDL, 1+ year roll-off experience, manual transmission capability, strong time-management and customer-service skills, and availability for possible weekend/evening work. Local, in-person duties with weekly pay and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, boot allowance, and uniform provision.
Required Qualifications
- Valid commercial Class A or B driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Minimum of 1 year of Roll Off specific experience
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
