Job Summary
Operate heavy-duty roll-off trucks to prepare, load, and transport large mobile containers to disposal sites, transfer facilities, and customer locations. Navigate tight overhead environments, alleyways, and high-traffic roadways while performing skilled backing maneuvers. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, complete required paperwork, and report safety hazards or container repairs to Route Managers or Dispatch. Maintain punctual attendance and adhere to OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations. Requires a Commercial Driver's License B (CDL) with airbrake endorsement as a plus, age 21 or older, and an acceptable driving record. Includes a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000, 401(k) matching, and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Commercial Driver's License B (CDL)
- An applicant must be 21 years of age
- Acceptable driving record
- Complete Pre-Employment DOT drug screen, physical, and background check, which will include previous employment check, criminal history, and motor vehicle record review
- Required to use motor coordination with arm, hand, finger, and leg dexterity
- Required to exert physical effort in handling objects more than 75 pounds frequently
- Requires pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting to 100 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Commercial Driver's License Class A or B with an airbrake endorsement is a plus
