Roll-Off Driver

Conduct complete pre- and post-operation vehicle inspections to ensure tire pressure, fluid levels, and safety equipment are operational. Safely operate a collection truck along designated routes, reading route sheets and servicing customers as assigned by dispatchers. Perform compactor operations to lift, load, and dispose of refuse at designated facilities while maintaining adherence to all company, state, and federal regulations. Identify unsatisfactory waste containers, tag them per departmental procedures, and clean spill areas to ensure safety standards. Complete daily vehicle condition reports, route sheets, and productivity sheets to track performance and minimize downtime. Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor with customers and co-workers while actively participating in the ReSOP program.
