Job Summary
Operate a roll off truck and ancillary equipment on assigned routes to haul solid waste and recycling debris from industrial, commercial, and residential customers. Perform pre and post trip inspections, mount and dismount heavy-duty trucks daily, and complete assigned routes leaving customer locations free of debris. Professionally communicate with customers, notify dispatch of accidents, service interruptions, or mechanical problems, and report containers needing repair. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, adhere to OSHA and DOT requirements, and attend required training. Requires a valid Class A or B CDL, one to two years of roll off truck experience, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL
- 1-2 years experience operating a roll off truck
- Must be able to pass criminal background check, physical and DOT drug screen
- Must have safe driving record, including no avoidable accidents in the past five years
- Must have ability to communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and internal customer service
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Must possess a valid Class A or Class B CDL
- 1-2 years experience operating a roll off truck

Desired Qualifications
