Roll-Off Driver

Job Summary
Roll-Off Driver responsible for safe, efficient waste removal across multiple lines of business; operate roll-off truck and ancillary equipment; complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections; maintain route quality; document daily reports and route sheets; communicate mechanical issues; follow all safety and regulatory requirements; wear required PPE; maintain vehicle cleanliness and accurate service records; overtime may be required; strong communication and safety mindset to work with supervisors and customers on an on-route basis.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum one year of commercial driving experience OR CDL school certificate
- Ability to meet safety sensitive functions per company standards
- Ability to operate roll-off truck and related equipment
- Strong written and verbal communication for reporting and documentation
