Roll Off Driver CDL B

Operate a waste collection truck (CDL B) following safety standards and company policies. Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspections, read route sheets, and service each customer on the designated route. Load refuse, operate the compactor, and dispose of material at the specified facility while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers, tag unsatisfactory waste containers, monitor for unacceptable waste, and complete route/productivity sheets and vehicle condition reports (VCRs). Maintain vehicle readiness to minimize downtime and adhere to productivity standards. Participate in the company’s ReSOP program and follow all safety policies. Requires a Class B CDL with air brakes endorsement and ability to operate heavy trucks on assigned routes.
