Roll Off Driver CDL B

Conduct complete pre- and post-operation inspections of the vehicle to verify tire pressure, fluid levels, and safety equipment. Safely operate the heavy truck along the designated route, reading route sheets and servicing each customer as assigned. Perform compactor operations to lift, load refuse, and dispose of collected material at the disposal facility. Identify unsatisfactory waste containers, tag them per departmental procedures, and clean accidental spills while monitoring vehicle conditions to minimize downtime. Complete daily vehicle condition reports, route/productivity sheets, and other required documentation. Maintain adherence to all safety policies, company rules, and productivity standards while actively participating in the ReSOP program.
